Trainer Bio: Josh Wang
I'm one of the rock star trainers at Fight Fitness (www.fight.fitness). I blend my passion for fitness and engineering to deliver fun & tailored workouts.
I'm a life-long learner. I seek out masters in their disciplines to bring the best training experience to my fellow Ninjas. My journey so far includes:

Trainer Bio: Chris "Chaos" Wise
I am the OG at Fight Fitness. I was the first trainer "hired" way back before Joe even had a space to call his own. I started as a client with a desire to get in shape while having fun and meeting new people who shared similar passions in life.
It was through my own personal fitness journey that I developed an interest in learning more about strength and being able to share what I learnt with others.
I firmly believe in living the martial arts way. Seeking to learn from others who have mastered an art and spreading what you learn with those interested and dedicated to accept your teachings.
I am a weekend warrior like a lot of you; balancing the demands and stresses of a full time job and a family with the fun and excitement that being part of a fitness tribe provides.
A few key things that I have picked up along the way are:
• A blue belt in Tae Kwan Do
• CanFit Pro Personal Training Specialist
• Fitness Kickboxing Canada Kickboxing Level 1
• Lifesaving Society Standard First Aid and CPR "C"
• Agatsu Level 1 - as of April 2017
When I am not teaching others I love playing with my fellow coaches; learning new skills, challenging my mental and physical strength and becoming a more well rounded human.
Two of the biggest influences in my Fitness journey have been:
Joe Fight - for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to harness my skills as a coach and trusting me to lead his tribe; helping and motivating so many people along the way.
Pavel Tsatsouline - for going into painstaking detail of the KB swing in "enter the kettlebell' and being such a bad ass that it made me fall in love with Kettlebells. He proved that the basics practised frequently would get you stronger and help you live a longer, healthier life than any of the fancy new trends that come and go.
